As soon as our payment processors (FastSpring) receive cleared funds they will email you a License. If you use TrialPay, as soon as you sign up to an offer they will issue you with a license key by email. If you take the Blogging/Video option then it will be manually approved and can take up to 3 weeks.
We realise that it's unrealistic to ask a developer to only use our software on a single PC, so all our licenses can be activated on up to 3 PCs (e.g. Laptop, Home PC and Office PC)
We provide Technical Support free for all users including those still using the free trial. We can help you with any problems you have using our software, but for time-consuming advanced queries such as programming or help configuring your web server please consider our Technical Consultant option. We will advise you if your enquiry falls into this category.
